Back out on Friday for a morning trip and despite cool temps and a NNE wind, the walleye and perch were fairly active. Using 1/8th ounce weedless Invasion jigs tipped with large fatheads, we found action right from the start in 12 feet of water over submerged wood. After working this area for some time and boating some nice eyes and jumbos, we moved on to a 10 foot hump with several submerged stumps, we found another nice eye and jumbo. Our last few stops were on wind blown shorelines and here we found some more active walleye, perch and mixed in were some fairly decent pike. At mornings end, we had nice livewell of eyes and jumbo's, a great morning of fishing.

Back out today, will keep you posted.
